Return to the Land by Ephraim Frank
His book touched me deeply... I found myself crying several times as the Spirit seemed to flow through the pages and then to me...great book for those who are ready for its meat and for those who are heeding the call to return to our land.

I have been reading your book and can't seem to put it down. There are some similarities in your life and mine. Especially two things.
First: When I was a child in catechism class (I was raised Catholic) and the teacher told the stories of our forefathers, I really connected with them and felt that they were really MY ancestors. I had been fascinated with Jewishness and Jews in general all my life. In fact I always wished that I was Jewish.
[Second]... In 1993 I was at work and not thinking about anything except my work and SUDDENLY I heard (in my mind) the words "Deep calleth unto Deep". And I thought "where did that come from???" I prayed and searched for years to find out what that meant. I found it in Psalm 42, which didn't make sense to me. I began to believe that it was the HaShem calling to the depths of my spirit. I had been a believer since 1974. So I thought that HE was calling me to a "deeper" closer relationship. It wasn't until I discovered my Hebrew roots that it finally made sense. It really was HaShem calling to that DEEP seed of Abraham that is in me. And so also does it finally make sense that I had a desire to BE Jewish all my life.
I want to thank you and Rimona again for the work you are doing in Israel. Hopefully someday soon we will all realize the return of Ephraim to the LAND.
Shalom,
Batzion (Alice)
Ephraim, your book is really good. I am enjoying it so much. It is my bedtime reading and when I go to sleep at night my thoughts are on YHVH of Israel and the mighty things He has done for you all and will do for all of us. My heart is aching for the Land, so I don't think it will be too long before we come... I am so touched...Several passages have spoken to me as if Abba is saying "pay attention". It has encouraged me greatly for our return to the Land...
I keep saying things to you about the book, and I hope you are not tired of hearing them. Here goes again. I am so glad you wrote your memoirs because they are so precious. I just feel and see the sweetness of YHVH how He has carried your family all these years. I suppose the hardest thing was to be here for those 4 years. I didn't realize you were out of Israel that long. I will finish tonight and want to know where the sequel is?

I have read it and really enjoyed it.

Now, I have to tell you about my experience reading Return to the Land.
First of all, I told you when we had breakfast that I had started reading it the night before, and I had a hard time stopping so I could go to sleep. I identified so much with how you grew up because I grew up in a small town in North Dakota. I kept reading when I had any time at the MIA conference.
When I read about the first time you saw the Land from the airplane, and you said, "everything inside me cried out: "I'm home! I'm home! I'm home!" I just started weeping. It went directly into my spirit. This is an anointed book!!! I really am not sure I have read anything like it.
Anyway, I read the last 2/3rds of the book on the flight home to Minneapolis. I am not sure I can put into words how I felt reading it.
When I finished chapter 17 I literally started sobbing on the plane - tears running down my face. I was trying not to make a scene, and I think I did pretty well at keeping quiet, but my insides were literally sobbing. I laid the book down and got myself together again and I heard the Spirit say "Read Romans 11."
Now, I know what Romans 11 is about, but I reread it. Then I turned the page in your book and you started talking about Romans 11 and seeing the truth of the two houses. The effect your story had on me was definitely spiritual, and it was very hopeful. It is so awesome to see how YHVH was in charge of your life, and how He put you in the exact place and the exact time (En Punto!!) I really believe that this book is going to be a tool used in an amazing way by the Father to call the lost sheep home to Israel. I am so glad that you wrote it down and that the MIA got it published. I also pray that you will overflow with blessings because of being obedient to the Father.
John read the book two weeks ago and I asked him for his comments. He said he thought is was awesome how many times you stood at a crossroads and God took you in the right direction. He also was very affected by the book. We had fun talking about it as he read it.
Reading the book pretty much confirmed our decision to go on the trip to Israel with the MIA.

If you have a love for the Land of Israel and for the Jewish people, or if you are a non-Jew who feels a stirring within your being to return to the roots of your faith, then this book is a must read.
As a new Believer, Ephraim knew that he was being drawn, wooed by His God, and that he had gone on a tour that had forever changed his life...
From the farm lands of America to the Holy Land of Israel, this compelling autobiography tells of a "stranger" who felt divinely drawn to both the Promised Land and the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. It gently reveals what the Father is doing in the earth today as He restores the whole house of Israel.
Reports are coming in: This book is encouraging, inspiring, a must-read!
