Press Release

The Messianic Israel Alliance announces that at their annual Convention, which will be held in St. Louis, Missouri, United States, this August, they will take the initial steps toward establishing legal and international recognition of the exiled people of Ephraim, and formally establish a Provisional Israelite Council in Exile. This is a first step in re-establishing the fraternal bonds between B'nai Yosef (Sons of Joseph) and their companions, and his brother, Judah and his companions, with the goal of having one united and eternal house of Israel.

In laying the groundwork for the formation of the Provisional Israelite Council in Exile, the Council is making the following offer to the Government of Israel:

Since the government of Israel is planing to relinquish any claim or rights to portions of the West Bank, East Jerusalem, and has already given up Gaza as being a part of the present State of Israel, we ask that your government assign any possible right, title or interest that they may have in these territories, to the Proposed Provisional Israelite Council in Exile which we are in the process of forming.

The attached letters were deliver to the Embassy of Israel in Washington D.C. on January 18, 2008 more fully describe this offer:

Letter of Introduction with Offer to Purchase
Offer to Purchase Denied but Potential Rights to Land
