Press ReleaseThe Messianic Israel Alliance announces that at their annual Convention, which will be held in St. Louis, Missouri, United States, this August, they will take the initial steps toward establishing legal and international recognition of the exiled people of Ephraim, and formally establish a Provisional Israelite Council in Exile. This is a first step in re-establishing the fraternal bonds between B'nai Yosef (Sons of Joseph) and their companions, and his brother, Judah and his companions, with the goal of having one united and eternal house of Israel. In laying the groundwork for the formation of the Provisional Israelite Council in Exile, the Council is making the following offer to the Government of Israel:
