After a quarter century of asking the question, “Who Is Israel?” we are excited to announce that a giant step has been taken in Batya’s latest book, Redeemed Israel. This new book not only concisely answers the “who” question, but it clearly shows from Scripture the “how, when, and why.” This latest book, is the culmination of twenty-five years of Spirit-led study and has the potential to reach both the houses of Israel, Ephraim and Judah. It will reach them with a clear understanding of how a people divided and lost for over twothousand- nine-hundred-years, can be transformed into a united people who will accomplish Messiah Yeshua’s mission and restore David’s fallen kingdom (Acts 15:13-16).

The pen is mightier than the sword, and this book will surely prove to be an effective weapon in the War of Words with our adversary HaSatan. There is a torrent of words now pouring out of his mouth to destroy Israel: And the serpent poured water like a river out of his mouth after the woman, that he might cause her to be swept away with the flood (Revelation 12:15).

For a sword to be effective it requires a swordsman. You can have thousands of swords, but without swordsmen to wield them, they are virtually useless. The same is true of any message. To be effective it requires messengers: How will they hear without a preacher (messenger)? (Romans 10:14).

The challenge of the past twenty-five years has been to develop skilled swordsmen of the Word, to serve as messengers to take the message of unity to all the people of Israel—to turn lost sheep into found sheep. The astronauts on the moon took small steps as men, but at the same time they were taking giant steps for mankind. Likewise, the many small steps that have been taken by the 165,000 people who have read these books are giant steps in the regathering of the whole house of Israel (Jeremiah 23:1-8). These are the people whom the Father can use to fulfill His desire to have one people.

For the kingdoms of this world to become the Kingdom of our Messiah, the two peoples, two kingdoms, two houses, two sticks of Israel must become one! Divided, they cannot stand. Is it an impossible task to gather the millions that it will take to fulfill the promises to our forefathers? In the natural, yes. But in the spirit of Joshua and Caleb, we are well able! Working together we have come this far, and working together we can go all the way! Each of us may be taking what may seem to be small insignificant steps, but together we are taking giant leaps toward the fulfillment of our destiny.

Our Giant First Leap

This end time harvest of Israel’s lost sheep is going to require a lot of workers laboring in the fields of this world, and we need you as a coworker to help accomplish this awesome task!

One way you can help is by giving us your input on the title for this new book. A title is extremely important in maximizing the initial appeal of a book. Each of the books listed above had a different title, which underscores the fact that we agonized each time over the most appropriate and effective title.

We feel “Who Is Israel?” is a provocative title, but this new work moves beyond answering this important question. So what title do you think would encourage both Christians and Jews to pick up this book and look it over? Obviously “Israel” is good because both Christians and Jews see themselves in some way as part of Israel. A statement that Israel is comprised of “two houses,” “two peoples,” or “many peoples,” A Gaint Step for the People of Israel or “two histories,” and that they have “one destiny” would likely raise the interest of both Jews and Christians. Therefore, some of the titles we are considering are: Israel, Our Destiny in Messiah, Israel, Two Peoples - One Destiny, Israel, Two Histories - One Future, or Israel, Two Houses - One Destiny. Our Challenging Second Giant Leap - Distribution

You can build a better mouse trap but if the world is not aware of these better traps, you will not be distributing many traps, or getting rid of many mice. Likewise, if the lost sheep are not made aware of this book, which well outlines their united destiny, HaSatan will continue to rule the world with his message of division. How do we reach the lost sheep?

The media, television, newspapers, magazines, and the internet are filled with paid advertising. Thirty second ads aired during the Super Bowl cost a million dollars. A full page ad in many magazines runs thirty to sixty thousand dollars. In magazines given to book stores by book distributors, ads can run into the thousands. Why do advertisers pay these dollars? Because that is what it takes in today’s world to distribute their products.

In the past Key of David has relied primarily on word of mouth to distribute its books. It is an economical way to go, and it is effective. And, we certainly intend to utilize this resource to its maximum in distributing this new book, but too most effectively accomplish the task before us we need to also use the media and other innovative forms of advertising.

Harvest Outreaches: A Potent Answer to Our Challenge

We have designed a program that we believe will reach those who are hungry for the truth. Somehow, many know there is more to life than waiting for a rapture bus and/or an Anti-Christ to appear.

Harvest Outreach campaigns will be conducted city by city. Each campaign will begin with a two-week media blitz featuring TV and radio spots, interviews, and ads in other media. For example: in the Orlando area fifty 30-second TV spots can be obtained for $1000. We will also provide all media with press releases and copies of the book. Churches and synagogues will be given an information kit with a supply of handouts and copies of the books. We will hopefully have many of the bookstores in the target area not only carrying the new book, but having a special display featuring all of our books, plus a selection of messianic materials, such as shofars, menorahs, mezuzzahs, tallits, etc.

The incentive for bookstores to participate is their being listed in the media advertising, and in the press and information kits. The advertising and press release material will also list Messianic Israel Alliance allies and friends in the area. Information regarding the MIA will be available including the opportunity for churches and synagogues to obtain guest speakers.

An outreach budget will be $5,000-$10,000 (depending on city size) and will require considerable voluntary help. Book sales should recoup campaign costs, and provide funding for other Harvest Outreaches. The potential results of an outreach? Only the Father knows, but it could mightily impact a city, and the entire Messianic Movement.
