Shalom MIA Friends:

We just completed our first Nashville Regional and it was truly a blessed time.

The sweetness of the spirit and the depth of the teachings was wonderful. Our Shabbat morning Torah Service was awesome. Seven men gave seven short, inspiring messages.

The conference was delightful. Children were everywhere, with more than forty of them involved in a special dance. It was encouraging to watch them worship and rejoice in the Holy One. Surely it was a reminder of the Father’s promise to Israel: "Ephraim will be like a mighty man, their heart will be glad as if from wine; indeed, their children will see it and be glad, their heart will rejoice in YHVH” (Zechariah 10:7).

The backdrop for the stage was a beautiful reminder of Jerusalem, the Marketplace was filled to overflowing, and the whole Diffenderfer family and congregation worked to make everything run with silken smoothness.

Thank you, Diffs!

Shoshana Swedlund did a wonderful job of leading everyone in dance, Lenny and Varda brought us into a true spirit of celebration, Steve Manning led us into the Holy of Holies in anointed worship, and the dance team was great as always.

Soon the videos and tapes will be ready, so if you weren’t there, you can share the experience, and if you were there, you can relive it. Watch for an upcoming announcement about tape sales.

Kip Hyams and company did an awesome job with sound and lighting and more, and the MIA Shepherds lovingly watched over the sheep.

The YMIA had another fun pizza party and we all wished we’d been young enough to join them!

The youth themselves have done an excellent job of summing up the conference on their YMIA chat line. A few of their letters follow:

The conference was really great… God really showed me a lot of stuff and he worked in almost everyone there, from the oldest to the youngest. Sunday night was just awesome and I don't think that words could really say what went on, outside of this: God moved. ....I'm really looking forward to the next conference... Ben

The MIA regional conference was wonderful! ....Saturday and Sunday night were both very filled w/ the Holy Spirt, to the point where I couldn't even stand at times, all I could do was kneel on the floor and pray! It's so beautiful when we all come together in unity and worship our Savior!... Sarah

The Regional conference was a truly awesome experience!! There was so much blessing in the worship and in the messages. I was so blessed Saturday by the worship and the moving of the Spirit. I could feel Him moving through the room that I had to get down on my hands and knees and just pray!! I saw love between Judah and Ephraim at this conference and I hope to continue seeing it. We need to pull together now even more so than before b/c the days are getting more evil and Satan sees that we're trying to unite and he's trying to prevent it......really trying! We've got to come together! ...one of my goals is to love unconditionally and to keep having faith, peace and joy b/c when the world sees what we've got as brothers and sisters, they're going to want it! So in closing, the conference was a blessing and even though I slept for a day after it, I cannot wait until we have another one!!! May Yahweh bless you all! Keep seeking Him and praying for restoration! In Messiahs unconditional love, Lauren

We are grateful for the many blessings the Father has poured out on us at our conferences, both Regional and National.

We look forward to what He has for us next.

We will have a regional conference in Salt Lake in May. More info on this exciting event in the next few weeks.

The theme of the Fifth Annual Messianic Israel Alliance Conference, AMI 2003, is, “Seeking the Father’s Face.” The Conference will be held in Orlando Labor Day Weekend, Aug 28th - Sept 1st.

We extend a heartfelt invitation to you to join us for these special events.
