And I will gather the remnant of my flock out of all countries whither I have driven them, and will bring them again to their folds; and they shall be fruitful and increase. And I will set up shepherds over them which shall feed them: and they shall fear no more, nor be dismayed, neither shall they be lacking, says YHWH. (Jeremiah 23:3-4)

Dear Friends,
As we rapidly approach the return of our Messiah to this earth we must prepare. It is clear in Scripture that YHWH plans to use Shepherds to tend to His flock as He gathers them in all the nations. They will be raised up by the arm of YHWH. These Shepherds will truly care for the sheep without guile or malice. It is the Shepherd’s that YHWH will use to prepare His people to serve Y’shua upon His return.

The MIA is focused on equipping these grass-roots Shepherds. Due to their inexperience, they often lack some basic leadership skills and feel ill-equipped to be a leader in Israel. With an "iron sharpening iron" approach, we will help to prepare the Shepherds so that they may better serve His people. For the experienced Shepherd, this will be a time of encouragement as you share from your experience and learn form others who are on the same path.

Imagine, being able to sit in a room full of experienced Shepherds. It will be a bit like sitting with the elders at the city gates. You will be able to glean from their fields as you build relationships that will last for years.

I strongly urge all those who have answered His call to serve as Shepherds to attend this all-day seminar. Some of the top leaders in the Messianic Israel movement will be there to participate in the discussions and provide their experiential insight. What an education it will be to participate with a room full of experienced Shepherds who have “been there and done that.” This is an awesome source of information we are bringing together for your edification and blessing.

Please partake of this opportunity to bring clarity, stability and shalom to the people of Messianic Israel and beyond.
