We are now gathering together people who are interested in joining the dance team for our MIA 2003 Conference in Orlando over the Labor Day weekend.

Our congregational dance is open to everyone, and we plan to have a great deal of it this year, with guidance for all who are still learning.

The application process is for those wishing to be a part of the dance ministry presentation pieces.

Last year was the first year we had a team comprised of dancers from all over America, and we are planning to do it again this year. We had dancers of various skill levels and backgrounds, but who were united in spirit to worship the Father will all of their heart. It required a lot of hard work, but we had a great time and made many new friends.

The conference was a rousing success, and we expect this year to be even better! We would love to have you join us.

We are now taking applications

Everyone is welcome, but there are some limitations and requirements:

• You must know for sure that you will be attending the conference. Our practices will start Thursday, August 29, 2003 at noon. You must be there and ready to practice. We need a solid commitment because there is so much involved in preparing for this conference. You must be willing and able to learn the dances via tape before your arrival at the conferece.
• We will give preference to those who have danced with us in the past, either at an MIA Regional or National Conference, but again, everyone is welcome and encouraged to apply.
• We need you to fill out an application. Each individual must apply separately, as there are numerous questions that require a personal answer. You can not apply as a team, because we are a team made up of individual dancers from all over the nation. Even couples must apply separately.

• The deadline for returning your applications is May 1, 2003, so don't delay. You need to get the application from Traci through email, then fill it out and send it back before the deadline. Deadlines will be strictly adhered to.
• We welcome all teenagers and adults, both male and female. We are believing for a strong male presence in the dance team this year.
• If you danced with us previously, you must still notify Traci by email before the deadline to be considered for the team this year.
• This email is our only method of communication for our dancers. If you know someone who is interested in dancing, but does not have email, or who may not be on the MIA email list, please notify them and ask them to email Traci from someone else's computer.
