Labels And Who We Really Are
God's word is our standard, not man's word. God's word is sure and will always be true. This article titled "Labels" is only for those of you who claim the position of being born into the kingdom of Gods light in the body of Christ. Because we are born again in our spirit, our soul is in process of being renewed and restored, we naturally "act out" in the area of our soul (natural man). But the "one new man" is exercised into discerning spirit from natural (carnal nature).
We are called by God to be a "Holy Nation" (Israel), to be dedicated and set apart, a chosen race, a royal priesthood, showing among ourselves the virtues and perfection's of Him who called us out of darkness into His wonderful light. (I Peter 2:9, Ex. 19:5,6)
We are a select, elected people, favored of God, to be peculiar, special and different. We are to conduct ourselves properly and honorably, righteously among the gentiles, that they may witness our good deeds and glorify God! (I Peter 2:12)
Wouldn't it be awesome and easier if we could look at one another and see "who we really are"? That alone is our Heavenly Father's position. He alone tries and judges our hearts. He sifts and analyzes the very purposes of our heart; penetrating to the dividing line of the breath of life (soul from spirit). (Hebrews 4:12)
God alone looks on our heart, but man judges from outward appearances. We have no outside labels on which to look at one another. So why do we categorize one another? (Is. 16:7)
Our words are powerful vehicles to communicate who we are: "You go into this section", or "you look like you would fit in that section," "where did you say you grew up and with whom," "oh, well then you come over here and join us in our section"! Do you see how we reason in our own minds (souls) what we think and how we judge one another? We are to judge ourselves, not one another. (Matt. 7:1,2)
But the spiritual man tries all things. He examines, investigates, and inquires into, questions and discerns all thing, yet is himself to be put on trial and judged by no one. He can read the meaning of everything but no one can properly discern, appraise or get an insight into him (spiritual man). (I Corinthians 2:15,16)
But we have the mind of Christ and do hold His feelings and purposes of His heart. God hates he who sows discord among his brethren. It is an abomination to Him. Do you qualify to be on God's hate list? When we create division we stir God's wrath against us. (Prov. 6:19)
By our words we decide many times if we want to associate with one another in the body of Christ or cause division. With division comes strife (warring). Our words either heal and love with grace or we cause a breach with issues prejudice and segregation. We think if we are not alike, we are a threat. God loves variety! That speaks of all of His creation and handiwork. God wants unity, not necessarily uniformity. We are not to be just alike. "How boring would that be"?
Even spiritual gifts vary but, it is all one spirit of the Lord. Each member is vitally important in their function and purpose. All alike have a mutual interest in and care for one another. God so adjusted, mingled and harmonized; proportioned the arts of the whole body, giving greater honor and richer endowment to the inferior parts which lack (apparent importance).
But we as a people, holy nation, have caused schism, sects with peculiar opinions, divisions, factions, and "party" spirits. These workings are practices of the flesh and those who do such things will not inherit the kingdom of God. (Gal. 5:20,21)
Because of exterior "Labels," we justify our differences. The ONE holy nation is divided! We have demonized the nation! The whole has been cut up into little pieces. That is why we have so many denominations! The nation is divided!
As a spiritual man we are to be strong in the Lord; empowered through our union with Him and we are to dress ourselves with the WHOLE armor, that of an armed soldier which God Himself supplies. For our warfare is not with flesh and blood, not physical human opponents, but with spirits! Spiritual forces of darkness, high ranking elements of danger. Forces in the world of our present day... Yes, they also are in the church opposing you!
Do you believe your armor fully fitted by God has a label in it? As we would purchase a garment to dress ourselves, the garment has a label to qualify to the purchaser what "content" of material and workmanship the garment expresses.
All warfare is seen in the spirit world. Your label is "inside." Principalities and powers, rulers of darkness, and angelic presence see your label! (Matt 18:10, I Cor. 4:9)
The false disciples are in great danger pretending! The demonic forces tore the outer clothing (garments) off of those using Yeshua's name that did not have proper kingdom authority in the spiritual realm. Their "label" was exposed and read in the spirit world! Yes, it matters very much if we have labels on our garments! But labels are not to be seen by man's natural eye, but in the spirit. The enemy uses labels to cause separation.
But after the separation and warfare are ended, God says Comfort, Comfort My people, speaking tenderly to the heart of Jerusalem. His comfort is sure after the warfare is ended! PEACE! (Is. 40:1,2)
As a holy nation of priesthood does our garments also have a label of contents?
A mighty angel measured the temple as water (spirit) issued out from under the threshold on the alter. (Ez. 47:1-13)
The level of spirit (water) is described as the 30, 60, or 100-fold anointing according to the dress of the garments of which the contents qualifies for fruit from the tree of life; every month a supernatural supply for nourishment and healing. (Matt 13:8)
This is the garments of the Priests... do labels matter? They are a spiritual content. How good and spiritually blessed for brethren to dwell together in "unity." From the head, flowing down onto the holy "garment," the "oil of anointing" flows.
We recall before Jacob encountered his struggle for destiny for the Father's blessing, he was a deceiver. He deceived his father Isaac as he contended for the birthright. It was with a "hairy garment," goat skin, that he had on that made Isaac think him to be Esau, the eldest brother. (Gen. 27:23)
Garments can be deceptive! (Zec 13:4)
All truth is revealed in the spirit. What is read in the "Label of Contents" on your garments? The word apocalypse means "unveiling, revealing." One day disclosure will come. Will you be naked and ashamed or clothed in garments of light?
What does your label read? As the evil spirit cried out, "Who are you?" (Acts 19:15)
So clothe yourselves as God's own handpicked representatives. His own chosen ones, purified and holy and well beloved, by putting on behavior marked by tenderhearted pity and mercy with long-suffering with whatever comes with good temper. Enfold yourselves with love; the bond of perfectness.
See, we are to put on these garments ourselves! It is our choice, as God declares we are His own choice of people. Our labels must be of high quality because of the standard (sign).
All kingdom of God issues concern the condition of our heart.
