Meal Plans

A full meal plan is included in the registration fee for the Messianic Boot Camp. Throughout the Boot Camp, the on-site catering company will provide meals in the campus cafeteria. This plan will begin with breakfast on Monday morning and go through dinner on Thursday night.

During the weekend’s Celebration, attendees will have the option of enjoying a full meal plan. This meal plan can be added to a registration for only $39 (per person), and will begin with dinner on Friday night and go through breakfast on Monday morning (eight meals, all together). As with the Boot Camp, the on-site catering company will provide all meals in the campus cafeteria, with the exception of breakfasts for those residing in the hotels.

In the cafeteria, attendees will have their choice of a wide variety of Biblically kosher dishes. Every mealtime will feature multiple entrées and vegetarian and low-calorie options. Beverages, salads, and desserts will also be included. All meals will be served buffet style.

On-Campus Lodging

Registration includes on-campus lodging in one of Maryville College’s residence halls. These neat dormitories and apartments will contribute to our sense of community and provide attendees with unparalleled opportunities to build meaningful relationships with fellow believers.

Registration in the Messianic Boot Camp will include on-campus lodging from Sunday through Thursday night. Registration for the Messianic Celebration will include on-campus lodging for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday night.

As you would expect, on-campus housing features fairly basic amenities. All beds are extended twin-sized and each room features dressers and desks. Linens, including sheets and towels, are included. Residence halls feature communal areas and coin-operated laundry facilities. To reduce distractions, individual rooms do not include televisions or telephones. Guests are encouraged to bring whatever items they desire to add to their comfort level. Prior to the event, registered guests will be sent detailed information about their housing assignments.  Wireless Internet access is available.

The vast majority of residence halls feature double occupancy rooms. As such, solo guests will likely be paired together as roommates. Guests may request specific roommates, so long as both registrants request each other in their registration forms.

Guests who desire additional privacy may request a private bedroom. With this optional upgrade, guests will be provided with a private bedroom (without a roommate).

Guests with physical disabilities should indicate their needs in their registration forms. We will strive to accommodate all needs.

Families with more than three children should call our home office at 800-829-8777, as we may be able to reduce their expenses.

We reserve the right to upgrade guests’ registrations to off-campus housing as needed.

Off-Campus Hotels (Optional Upgrade)

Attendees may upgrade their accommodations to a standard hotel room. We have made arrangements with several quality local hotels for our conference, and we will facilitate all reservations. The hotels are located about five minutes from campus. We will provide shuttle service between the hotels and the campus throughout the weekend.

Guests with physical disabilities should indicate their needs in their registration forms. We will strive to accommodate all needs.

Families with four or more children should call our home office at 800-829-8777, as we may be able to reduce their expenses.
